CHALLENGE
The resort’s previous website didn’t match the quality of the location or its amenities. Users struggled to find pricing, availability, or details about RV spots and cabins. The site needed a more intuitive structure and a look that captured the experience of staying at the resort.
OBJECTIVE
Create a modern, easy-to-navigate website that showcases the resort’s views, amenities, and lodging options — while improving clarity around booking, rates, and activities.
ROLE & PROCESS
• Redesigned the visual system using a welcoming, nature-inspired aesthetic. • Reworked the hierarchy of information so users could easily explore cabins, RV spots, galleries, and amenities. • Improved the booking experience by surfacing CTAs and simplifying the path to reservations. • Developed the website in Framer, optimizing layout responsiveness and image performance.
RESULTS
The resort’s new digital presence feels immersive and polished. Visitors can now quickly understand what the resort offers, compare accommodations, and move smoothly toward booking — resulting in a stronger first impression and improved usability.
