CHALLENGE

January is traditionally a month of financial constraint for many users. Rappi needed a way to engage its audience despite limited spending power while reinforcing its value across all its services. The challenge was to do this in a fun, culturally relevant, and visually compelling way.

OBJECTIVE

Use a trending theme—astrology and the idea of destiny—to align the brand with optimism and savings. The concept was to create a tarot-inspired campaign where "the stars aligned with Rappi" to offer users exclusive RappiCredits. The visuals needed to feel mystical, accessible, and playful, fitting seamlessly into email, app, and ad formats.

ROLE & PROCESS

I conceptualized and designed a themed visual campaign for Rappi, merging pop culture and brand storytelling. I was responsible for the creative direction, illustration style, and overall visual execution, delivering a fun and engaging experience aligned with Rappi’s bold identity.

RESULTS

The campaign used dynamic visual storytelling and bold design to spark interest and social media buzz. Through colorful graphics and cosmic metaphors, users were introduced to their personalized “Rappi destiny.” The result was a boost in user engagement, increased redemption of RappiCredits, and positive sentiment around the brand. The project demonstrated how creativity and strategic messaging can elevate seasonal campaigns into memorable brand moments.
