CHALLENGE
The existing brand and website didn’t reflect the trustworthiness and professionalism required in the healthcare industry. The logo was generic and lacked personality, while the website felt outdated, hard to navigate, and not mobile-friendly — which hurt customer confidence and conversions.
OBJECTIVE
Create a fresh, modern identity and website that inspires trust and confidence while maintaining a friendly and approachable tone. The goal was to establish a visual language that communicates reliability, care, and professionalism, and to simplify the online experience for users to quickly find and order medications.

∙Designed a new, clean logo that balances professionalism with approachability, suitable for a healthcare brand. ∙Crafted a modern website design focused on clarity, accessibility, and ease of use. ∙Chose a calming, health-oriented color palette and typography to reflect care and trust. ∙Designed mobile-first layouts with clear CTAs and structured product information to help users navigate and purchase effortlessly. ∙Ensured the design was compliant with accessibility standards and optimized for a seamless experience across devices.
RESULTS
The updated logo and website elevated Drugs By Canada’s brand presence, giving it a professional yet welcoming personality. The improved user experience made it easier for customers to browse, trust, and place their orders online, strengthening the brand’s position in the competitive online pharmacy market.
